Notice: Make sure you have the latest version of the drivers installed on your computer.

If you see the external monitor is responding normally, try to install the graphic driver from the official site of ASUS.

By this, we will be sure that the display is normal on the external monitor. Once you are connected with the external monitor, all you need to do is press the function key (hotkey) so that you can toggle the displays of the laptop and external monitor.

If the display isn't responding connect your laptop with an external monitor.

Try to turn off/on the display of your laptop and check if your laptop is responding or not.

This is the condition when your AC adapter and power cords are working perfectly but the main issue is arriving just because of the other components not working properly. To do this, we need to reinstall the battery of our laptop (for removable battery models) and connect it back to the AC adapter and press the power button to turn it on. If you think the power plug is not working properly, plug it into different outlets.

Check the plugin which you are placing your AC adapter, keep in mind that it should not be loose.

Make sure you are using the correct AC power adapter and AC power cord for your laptop that has been supplied by ASUS.

Also, this might be the case when there is no power supply in your laptop from the AC adapter and thus the device is failing to boot properly.
